Purposes for which PITÁGORAS EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES will process personal data:
The main purpose is to manage the participation of the child in the camp or activity to which he/she signs up, as well as manage it.
The data of the legal representatives will be used to formalize the registration of the child. Likewise, in case they have granted their authorization, the data will be processed for the sending of informative and commercial communications related to the activities carried out by PITÁGORAS EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES, these communications will be made even by electronic means (email, sms, whatsapp, ….)
The data of the authorized persons will be processed to facilitate the entry and exit of the minor in the activity or camp. The legal representative must have the authorization to provide their data to PITÁGORAS EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
Treatment of images of the child.
In some cases PITÁGORAS EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES and requests consent for the collection and dissemination of the personal image of the minor by the AMPA or Center that commissions the activity, in these cases it is clearly indicated on the form that the authorization is for the AMPA as well as the existence of a privacy policy of the AMPA or Center. IN THESE CASES, IEEO WILL NOT PROCESS THE IMAGES WITHOUT THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE AMPA OR CENTER.
In the Camps and own activities, the consent of the legal representative is requested for the capture and dissemination of images of the child by PITÁGORAS EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. In this case, the intended uses of the images and videos are: capturing photographs and videos in the development of the activities for their dissemination in own and third-party media (open), without temporal or territorial limitation, by way of example: blogs, websites websites, social network profiles, yearbooks, murals, printed publications and even advertising brochures)
Legal basis of the treatment:
Data processing for the management of activities and camps, as well as for their execution, collection, etc... are based on the execution of the service contract provided to the child and his legal representative.
The sending of informative and promotional communications, as well as the processing and dissemination of images, is based on the consent granted by the legal representative in the registration forms.
The processing of the data of the authorized persons is based on the legitimate interest of PITÁGORAS EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES given that the processing of data is proportional and necessary to comply with its obligations and protection of minors.
Data conservation criteria:
The contact details of the legal representatives who have given their consent for the sending of communications are kept indefinitely, until one of the parties decides to delete them.
The images of minors that are going to be disseminated with the consent of the legal representative are kept indefinitely, until one of the parties decides to delete them.
The data related to the execution of the service will be kept for the periods necessary to comply with current legislation. (6 years)
Data recipients:
Except in the camps, the data will be provided to the AMPA or Center that has contracted the activity to PITÁGORAS EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
The images will be disseminated "open" without limitation for viewing.
No other assignments or communications of data will be made to third parties, except by legal obligation.
Rights of the Interested Parties:
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and the limitation or opposition to the processing of your personal data.
Right to file a claim with the control authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations.
